Consultant and Coach, Kay Sandberg

Kay Sandberg is the Institute’s Program Director, and is also a coach and consultant for the Soul of Money Institute. She serves all Institute clients and developmental projects in which we are engaged and is the one to contact regarding Lynne’s work.

Kay is delighted to offer services to organizations and individuals in the for-profit and social profit (”nonprofit”) arenas, building on three decades of experience in leadership development, organizational development & training, capacity building, and collaborative partnerships.

Kay is a fundraising partner for The Pachamama Alliance, and is the principal consultant to Pachamama’s Jungle Mamas Project. She is also a facilitator of the Awakening the Dreamer Initiative (www.pachamama.org).

Kay is Co-Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Global Sufficiency Network (www.globalsufficiency.org), and is dedicated to spreading the message of sufficiency far and wide.

Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree from Stanford University and extensive training in fundraising, coaching, leadership development, communication, team building, personal mastery, and “green” (ecologically sustainable) medicine. She is fluent in Japanese and Spanish.

Kay is passionate about empowering individuals, teams and organizations on projects that benefit people, planet, and profit (both social and monetary profit) at this critical time of transformation. She particularly enjoys co-creating collaborative, transformative solutions to the amazing challenges and opportunities before us.
